Romeo & Juliet – A Waltz on Piano

Sometimes, on a Saturday,it is a really good idea to play music and let the mind wander.

Here is eight minutes of Paul Eisler playing the Romeo and Juliet Waltz. Such a gift this recording is! If I let my mind wander enough it is like my great grandfather is in just the other room playing this on his piano.

Enjoy!

My father & I would go down in the basement on Saturdays and listen to all types of music, Big Band, Jazz, Dixieland, Classical – I loved it and grew up with an appreciation for the history in music as well as the enjoyment.
